Carmen "Junior" Colao brings more than 25 years of hands-on construction experience specializing in concrete, hardscape installations, drainage solutions, and outdoor construction. Having grown up working alongside his father from an early age, he developed a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship and the value of doing things the right way.
At CW Winthrop, Carmen oversees construction execution and field operations, ensuring every project is built with precision, durability, and attention to detail. His extensive experience transforming residential and commercial properties throughout the Chicagoland area gives clients confidence that their investment will stand the test of time.

Tom Wold
Co-Founder, Project Planning & Client Experience
Tom brings more than 15 years of experience in construction, project management, estimating, operations, and client relations. Throughout his career, he has overseen projects from initial planning through completion, developing a reputation for organization, communication, and delivering exceptional results.
At CW Winthrop, Tom leads project planning, client experience, and operational strategy, helping transform ideas into thoughtfully executed outdoor spaces. His passion lies in guiding projects from concept to completion and ensuring every client enjoys a seamless and rewarding experience throughout the process.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Elmhurst University and believes that collaboration, trust, and attention to detail form the foundation of every successful project.
